Here are a list of our favorite restaurants in Cypress Texas.
#1 – Mezzanotte (13215 Grant Rd, Cypress, TX 77429)
What began strictly as an investment in 2005 unearthed our life’s passion. Through a series of seemingly random opportunities, we, both disenchanted corporate America ladder climbers — whose successful track record in business included running global operations for Fortune 500 companies but not professional cooking or restaurant management — found us as executive chef, sommeliers, managers and marketers of our Mezzanotte Ristorante.
When creating Mezzanotte, we wanted more for our restaurant than only great food and wine. We wanted an establishment with soul. What distinguishes us from other restaurants is our passion and totally focused energy undergirding every aspect of our operation.
#2 – Alicia’s Mexican Grille (26326 Northwest Freeway(@ Cypress Rosehill), Cypress, TX 77429)
What makes Alicia’s out shine other Tex-Mex restaurants? Simple….Alicia’s only uses the highest quality, freshest ingredients. Alicia’s beef fajitas are made with Certified Angus Beef which is the best beef you can buy…less than 1.5% of beef achieves these high standards. Quality ingredients like this and all our ingredients set Alicia’s apart…we invite you to come taste the difference.
#3 – Cork Café Wine & Coffee (25712 Hwy 290, Suite C, Cypress, Tx 77429)
Our community venue in Cypress (Northwest Houston) is based on a cozy atmosphere with all-leather seating backed by fine wine & beer from around the world as well as organic coffee and tea.
#4 – Locatelli’s Pizza (14257 FM 2920 Rd Ste 100, Tomball, TX 77377)
Locatelli’s first opened its doors in Cypress, Texas October 1st 2003. The founders, Adam & Katie Womack had been infused with the idea of operating a pizza business by Adam’s older brother Paul. They had to pause and give long thought to being a husband and wife team working together 16 hours a day, 6 days a week.
With visions of being featured on an episode of Divorce Court, coupled with friends and family placing bets as to which would last longer, the business or the marriage, they decided to “press” on and begun to dig through the Womack Family recipe vault where they found a pizza dough recipe on a tattered index card from 1956 written by Adam’s Grandmother Rho Rho along with several tried and true specialties from Adam’s mother’s kitchen.
#5 – Sierra Madre Taco Co. (12617 Louetta Rd #216, Cypress, TX 77429)
Everyone is welcome at Sierra Madre. Come and enjoy a little place of Mexico in the heart of Texas. Welcome to the official Amigos Mexican Restaurant website.
