The 7 Acre Wood family fun park in Conroe provides plenty of kid-friendly outdoor recreation. A petting zoo with donkeys, llamas, and goats; a Western Play Town; miniature golf course; and a playground with a gigantic sandbox, rope slide, horseshoes, and more can be found here.
#2 – B-52 Brewing Company (12470 Milroy Lane, Conroe, TX 77304)
B-52 Brewing Company is a craft brewery that produces a diverse selection of beer, including hoppy India pale ales and creamy stouts. Enjoy one of these flavorful beers, as well as outdoor games such as ping pong and bean bag toss, at the brewery, which offers tours and tastings every Saturday afternoon.
#3 – Campobella Bronze Fine Art Studio and Gallery (227 North Main, Conroe, TX 77301)
Visit a working bronze sculpture studio and gallery featuring the work of award-winning sculptor and Conroe native Craig Campobella. The gallery opens its doors to visitors in the afternoon from Tuesday to Saturday.

The Crighton Theatre is a professional performing arts facility located within a historic building in the heart of downtown Conroe. Musicals, plays, and concerts are held throughout the year at the theater. Tickets for any of these shows can be purchased on the theater’s website.

Explore the history of Montgomery County, from its early pioneer days to the growth of the oil and timer industries, at the Heritage Museum of Montgomery County in Conroe. The museum has various exhibits and a Texas gift shop full of handcrafted items.

Gorgeous historic buildings, interesting art galleries, boutique shops, unique cafes and restaurants, and more can be found within Historic Downtown Conroe. The town’s theater and many of its live music venues are located throughout downtown, making it the place to be regardless of the time of day.
#7 – Lake Conroe Park (14968 Highway 105 West, Montgomery, TX 77356)
Lake Conroe Park is one of the several lake access areas near the city of Conroe. This popular 13-acre park, situated just a few miles west of Conroe off of Highway 105, has picnic facilities, barbecue pits, swimming areas, fishing piers, and volleyball areas.
#8 – Moorhead’s Blueberry Farm (19531 Moorhead Road, Conroe, TX 77302)
Moorhead’s Blueberry Farm is a family-owned 20-acre farm where you can pick your own berries. There are 20 varieties of blueberries to choose from and guests are charged by the pound, so you can get as much or as little as you like. Blueberry picking season runs from late May until the middle of July. The farm is typically open seven days a week during the season. Moorhead’s is the oldest commercial pick your own blueberry stand in the state of Texas.

Owen Theatre hosts professional theatrical performances at its 250-seat theater in downtown Conroe. The theater is located within a renovated Pontiac and GMC dealership that was originally built in 1946, providing a unique aesthetic to the theatrical experience.
#10 – Southern Star Brewing Co. (1207 North FM 3083 Road E, Conroe, TX 77303)
Southern Star Brewing is one of the two craft breweries in Conroe. This brewery produces a range of year-round and seasonal beers, such as its Buried Hatchet Stout and the Pine Belt Pale Ale. Free tours are available on Saturday afternoons, and the brewery’s tasting room is open Friday and Saturday.
